THE SMOKE CHAMBER
'The Smoke Chamber' is an aluminum and perspex structure, standing almost 3 metres talls, complete with lighting effects and inbuilt smoke machines. The box is completely empty and can be viewed from above, underneath, behind, inside and out - and yet - once the box fills with smoke shadows start to form in the mist and incredibly Sue-Anne Webster emerges from the ether. 'The Smoke Chamber' can be used as a spectacular appearance, and disappearance, for 'Jeannie' (see the video below) as she seems to materialise from smoke pouring out of her bottle. It's also used as Sue-Anne's grand entrance in the family show 'Illusionarium' after being thoroughly examined by volunteers from the audience. NOTE: For shows outside of Melbourne 'The Smoke Chamber' will incur an additional freight and handling fee plus one Illusion Technician.ROADCASE SIZES: Four large roadcases: 186 x 124 x 40, 205 x 17 x 14, 180 x 108 x 48, 106 x 28 x 60, plus two small cases about the size of suitcases. MINIMUM STAGE SIZE: 3m x 3m but it cannot be lifted and must be able to be wheeled on and off the stage. It can be performed on dancefloors while completely surrounded.
You can see the 'Illusionarium' in action near the start of this video.
